Koren is an associate attorney with Johnson & Moncrief where she represents clients in a variety of transactions. Koren joined the firm with over ten years of experience in corporate and business transactions. Representative matters include entity formation and dissolution (including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships), mergers and acquisitions of commercial and agricultural businesses, real estate purchases and sales, commercial and agricultural leases, grower and harvesting agreements, and a myriad of other commercial and business agreements.

 

Koren obtained her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California Davis in 1995, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of law in 1998. Koren is a Member of the California State Bar and is admitted to the Eastern District of California. She was chosen in 2007 as one of the inaugural members of the AgKnowledge class of the Monterey County Agricultural Education, Inc., and is a current member of the King City Rotary Club and the Monterey County Bar Association.

 

A Central Coast native, Koren resides with her family in the Salinas Valley.
